Lillian Rozena Wilson O’Neal is a Registered Labor and Delivery Nurse with Tanner Medical Center where she has practiced medicine for 17 years. Serving the Mother/Baby client is her passion, especially bringing new life into this promising world. One of her most beloved experiences was serving the women of Zambia where she delivered babies in a women’s center. 

She is a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Carrollton, GA where she serves as President of the Nursing Guild Ministry. Under her leadership, "A Novel Approach to Serving GOD Amidst Covid-19" was developed which is a Center for Disease Control safety guideline for churches to follow while worshiping the LORD in-person during a pandemic.  

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia where she also met and married her soul mate, Fred. Together they have two wonderful grown children, Wilson and Maya. After being a Home Manager for sixteen years, she decided to go back to school to fulfill her dream of becoming a Nurse.

In her spare time, she is a proud member of the CDAC Silhouettes serving on the Membership Team Committee creating fun uplifting fellowship events for the members and their spouses.
