Calling all golf enthusiasts to play as a single, with a team or consider sponsorship
We are incredibly excited to host our 5th Annual ‘Fore Your Health’ Golf Tournament on Friday, April 4 at Oak Mountain Golf Club in Carrollton! There are opportunities to play as an individual, play as a team and sponsor the event. The funds raised go directly to serving the needs of uninsured West Georgia patients with healthcare services. Participants will participate in contests sponsored by Charity Golf International, purchase mulligans, enjoy delicious food provided by Oak Mountain, bid at a silent auction and play a great round of golf. Shotgun is at 9 a.m.
